The building is located in the heart of Bangalore city and is a contemporary interpretation of the traditional terrace house. The building is composed of one towers, each containing a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. The design of the building is focused on maximizing natural light and ventilation, with the use of large windows and balconies. The apartments are designed to be energy efficient, with the use of double glazing, solar panels and rainwater harvesting. The building also features a communal garden, a gym and a rooftop terrace.
